Refresher classes

Private Hypnobirthing Australia™ Refresher Classes are also available!

This is a great option if you have done the course before and wish to recap the techniques and deep relaxation practice before your next birth.

Some like to do their refresher between 20-30 weeks and some prefer to do it after 30 weeks – that is completely up to you.

Refresher courses are always a private course for you (the birther) and up to two birthing partners who are attending your birth. 

They can be 90mins ($185) or 3hrs ($275), can be held on most weekdays or nights and can also be held on weekends where necessary. Refresher courses can be face to face or online.
